Fat mass, fat-free BMD determined using dual-energy X‐ray absorptiometry (DXA) scans, also assessed Fibroscan. All statistical data analyzed SPSS software version 21. Multivariate linear regression fat content bone-related indicators, multivariate logistic detected NAFLD. Results: Total trunk mass significantly higher even after controlling for intervening factors (total OR = 1.27; 95% CI, 1.016 1.59, P 0.036; 1.35; 0.97 1.88, 0.045). Moreover, lower Z-score adjusting gender, BMI Z-score, ALT, index, total lean physical activity (β -0.285, 0.048).
